Jealous 21, an exclusive women's wear brand from Indus League a division of
Future Lifestyle Fashion Ltd revolutionized the denim market for women by
launching jeans that fits every Indian body type. Fit is the primary attribute that
any woman looks for in jeans. For the perfect fit, the hip and waist size ratio have
to be ideal. However, jeans available in the market use a single hip to waist ratio.
That was the real gap, which was addressed by Jealous 21 by introducing a
unique concept of 3 hip sizes for every waist size. Hottie for the slim hips,
Hourglass for the regular hips and Bootilicious fit for curvier hips.
Indigo Nation is for the Rockstar of Youngistan. He is young, smart and cool.
Wears is attitude up his sleeves and knows his fashion well. If there is one
word, one mantra, that defines the youth today, It's change. For GenY,
morals, dress codes, heroes, hangouts, girlfriends, beliefs, aspirations and
definitions are all temporary and short-lived. This constantly changing
attitude is what Indigo Nation has called Changeism.

and look at ease. It's about reaching the top sooner, not by running harder
but by skilfully bending rules.
Franchise Proposal
Security Deposit for an amount not less than 40% of MRP value of the stocks.
Commission: 32% during non EOSS period and 25% during EOSS period, of Net Sales per month. The net sales means all revenues earned by sale of products from the Store as disclosed in the Invoice and the Billing System but does not include sales tax, VAT, sales returns, discounts and any other levies.
Interiors, furniture, fixtures, signage, rent, CAM charges, security deposits, electricity, telephone, internet, computer, printer, staff cost, and all other costs shall be borne by the franchisee.
Daily sales realisation shall be remitted to designated bank account of the Company daily.
Credit card sales realisation should be credited directly to the Company’s designated bank account. The Company agrees to provide EDC machine at the store.
The Company agrees to provide uniforms to the staff employed by the Franchisee at the Store. A sum of Rs.1,000/‐ per person shall be debited to the Franchisee account towards such uniforms.
The bill on ultimate customers shall be raised in the name of the Company using Company’s TIN number
