• This company may acquire rights on immovable property

Limited Joint-Stock Partnership

• The company should be established by two persons

• The company requires a minimal share capital of 50.000 PLN

• The rights and obligations of the partners are equal

Professional Partnership

• The company should be established by at least two partners

• The partners have to pay taxes separately

• The partners are liable for the obligations of the company

Limited Liability Company

• The company can be established by one or more partners

• The minimum share capital required is 5,000 PLN

• The shareholders are not liable for the company's obligations

• The shareholders are limited to their share capital

Joint-Stock Company • The company can be established by one

or more partners

• The minimum share capital required is 50,000 PLN

• The shareholders are not liable to the company's obligations

Steps for company formation in Poland
