Goods & Assets Receiving Modules & Bar-coding for Warehouse:

• Company Procurement will be using a new module generating PO from ERP to its vendors based on requests from Pegasus. • This PO document can be downloaded can be emailed to the vendors mentioning where he will have to deliver local warehouses based on PO.• Warehouse Automation Solution will be integrated with Company ERP to receive PO detail.• Warehouse Automation Solution will assign BIN location and barcoding. • Warehouse Automation Solution will receive goods physically at warehouse all items by barcode scanning.• Warehouse Automation Solution will be handle by expiry date and expiry barcodes.

Goods & assets requests From various department:

Warehouse will receive online goods /asset request by various flights and warehouses & will be able to see current stock for items allotted for various flights and requests for various assets can be made online using user login.

Goods Delivery:

Based on request made by department employees online using the Pegasus portal. The various delivery requests are ready to dispatch and also will be able to scan from warehouses for delivery.

Asset Issue:

Based on requests from the various departments for products, the varies assets are issued/ delivered and the pda with the offline and online module will collect an acknowledgement on the receipt of the asset issue.

This acknowledgement can also be viewed by back office employee and can also be tracked for the various usage of assets by department wise. This also helps to set MOQ(Minimum Order Quantity) for various products.

Various Reports & Stock / asset Tracking for all warehouse and flights:

The minimum order quantity of stocks can be tracked by click of a button anywhere where you have access to the internet. The solution offers the freedom to place orders from anywhere from the mobile or desktop with internet through Pegasus warehouse automation system.

Asset tracking and Depreciation report by flights:Products which have depreciation supplied to various flights can also be tracked by the system to find out the expiry date and when the various goods need to be replaced.
