Factory HR AssistantName of area of expertise:

Main duties:
- Provide assistance fulfill labour and social insurance needs and requirements of factory by keeping legislative regulations.- Deliver a professional, high quality service to all employees in accordance with global and local HR policies and processes.- Keep track on issues / queries / comments by the use of appropriate tool and ensure they are well addressed by particular Service Line and escalated as necessary.- Performing in and outgoing workflow administration and actions according to the law and processes.- Managing blue collar recruitment process for vacant positions.- Ensuring information stream of recruitment, resignation and release between workers and employer.- Print and dispatch and store documents- Provide information, reports and brochures to employees;- Operate the relevant security measures for data protection and integrity.- Maintain Cafeteria program. Fulfill tasks on social allowances.- Order and allocate meal and other benefit vouchers.- Send certifications, requests to pay account and send back to employees.- Register and check headcount and holidays.- Distribute payslips.- Handle Time and Attendence program data. - Ensure, establish and transmit datas for payroll department.- Ensure correct reporting of Service Level Agreements- Administer results of medical examinations.- Provide factory shop with up to date data.- Participate on trainings according to agreed development plan.- Provide data for Trade unions, works council and factory OSHE.- Keep all prescriptions and expectations that present job description not, but internal regulation has fixed.- Prepare employee certifications.- Provide any kind of exercise about working for the leader's order.- Fill in the folders with documents, valid forms and announcements. - Prepare and update weekly and monthly statistic reports.- Initiate and execute improvement activities on HR activities and processes, follow up of any factory related satisfaction survey result where the feedback is dissatisfied.- Contribute actively at team meetings - Ensure high quality HR customer services to the business.
Requirements for the - Owns HR degree;
job:
- Advanced level of English knowledge; - Good MS Office user skills;- Owns Driving licence;- At least 2 years of HR experience;
Personality requirements: - Customer Focused;- Active and responsible;- Good problem solving abilities; - Good communication and Interpersonal Skills;
Required language knowledge:
English ( intermediate, with language exam )
