Stair Climbing is low-impact, which means it won’t hurt your old knees or hips.

It’s easy to regulate how intense we work, because we can speed up or slow down as we want.

Stair Climbing is also a very efficient aerobic exercise – as long as we do it for at least 20 minutes.

Aerobic activity will help prevent cardiopulmonary problems.

There are a lot of people who love you and want you around for the long haul.
