ElectroniceDocuments is a system for electronic interchange of documents between companies and counterparties like clients, suppliers and remote offices

• Structured documents:electronic VAT-invoices, acts, waybills – the structure of these is stated by the Ministry of Finance and the Federal Tax Office.

• Non-structured documents: contracts, payment invoices and other business related documents

eDocument service (e.g. Diadoc) and operation principle fully comply with legal requirements. Electronic documents electronically signed are originals. It is not necessary to print them out, you can submit them to tax authorities or court if needed.
