Background Project Needs Sewer Pipes are over 55 years old and approximately 10 feet deep Street Pavement is in poor or failed condition Sidewalk, Street lighting, Bike lanes are missing fromYount Street Challenging Parking Condition Towns Actions to Fund these Needed Improvements Added to theTowns 5-Year Capital Plan in 2012 Funded through a set aside of 1.3 million dollars in Revenue Bonds that also included among other project, the Structural Strengthening ofTown Hall 4. Traffic Control Minimal traffic control needed during the CIPP Evening work for portions impacted by sewer flow During FDR, trucks will be prohibited fromYount Cross, Madison & Yount Contractor will work one side of the street and then the other Light vehicles will be controlled by one way traffic conditions with flagging and cones Intermittent driveway impacts during the day, al driveways open at the end of each working day Both lanes of traffic open at the end of the day 32. Parking Impacts During FDR, street parking will be restricted alongYount and Madison During FDR, asking residents to park on Jefferson, Monroe,Yountville Cross Road and Adams During Construction LongTerm With the installation of sidewalk, affects to current parking spaces were necessary. Roughly the same number of spaces will remain after construction although some areas have had the spaces moved slightly After the presentation, please come up to the plan sheets posted to see the changes currently anticipated 34. Other Likely Impacts Trucks will be detoured fromYount Cross & Madison during road work Working hours are specified as 9am to 6 pm except for CIPP which can go to 9pm Some dust although dust control measures are in place Intermittent driveway and pedestrian impacts due to construction Typical construction noise Modifications to parking alongYount due to new sidewalk & bike lanes We will break up after this formal presentation to look at the individual property impacts 35.
