• The crux of OBT lies in taking a group of people away from their normal environment into the outdoors, and placing a new, unfamiliar set of challenges before them, in the solving of which a whole lot of new equations are thrown up.

• The program works on the principle that when a team is thrown together in wilderness or adventure settings, where they have to fend for themselves and meet challenges together, there is growth in many directions.

Our TeamDinesh BhallaHas more than 18 years of experience in IT, organised retail and finance domain.He has worked with organizations like Abacus (as Sales Business Head), Ebony (as Marketing Head), ICICI group (as Area Head Training) and Tata AIG (as Regional Head Training). He has in-depth knowledge on institution/retail sales & marketing process; finance; training & people development.

Jai Govind MeenaHe is an alumnus of SEC Jaipur and the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi. After working for Seven years in the corporate sector he did the Basic mountaineering Course from HMI Darjeeling and spent a year travelling across India with his camera to some of the most remote parts of the country. Soon he came to the realization that there was an authentic adventure experience that people were missing out on and hence started offering out bound programs to corporate.

Rohan JainRohan was born in Dehradun and had a passion for the outdoors since he was a kid. A trained pilot with a degree in English from Delhi University, Rohan has gone on numerous treks, roamed through various wildlife sanctuaries and wandered across the length and breadth of India. He did the Basic Mountaineering Course from HMI with Jai and after a short stint at Cohezia Technologies he joined us.
