CONLIGUS TERMINOLOGY

A Marketing Partner and a Conligus Community Member.

A Sponsor is the person who introduces or enrolls you in the Conligus Community.

Conligus Volume is intra-company currency and is used to determine how commissions are calculated.

CV is converted into cycles and is computed daily on unlimited levels or generations. One cycle is equal to 300/cv in one Member’s Team (A) and 150/cv in the other Member’s Team (B) and generates a corresponding commission per cycle up to the daily cap. All unused CV will automatically be banked and not flushed.

Business Expansion Pool is a separate account set up for the benefit of our members to be used exclusively to expand your Conligus business without out-of-pocket expenditures. Think of this special pool as expansion capital for your business.

Leadership Expansion Pool is designed to reward members who started with a Pro Package and above with shares in the L.E.P. based on a fixed percentage of the company’s monthly worldwide sales volume. Think of the L.E.P. like profit sharing with a monthly dividend payment. Members are rewarded with additional shares in the L.E.P. based on the growth of their respective organizations.

Business Expansion Wallet. The Funds from the Business Expansion Pool are automatically deposited into the Member’s B.E.W. to be used in funding the expansion efforts of a Member’s organization. Funds deposited into this account can only be used internally to purchase product packages, virtual coins and other forthcoming products developed by Conligus in the future.

Dual Team Organization. Each Members position is divided into 2 separate teams or legs; one left and one right. CV is calculated based on the volume generated through both teams to unlimited levels and is then broken down into corresponding cycles of 300cv/150cv which is paid daily. The CV is calculated inclusively from individual efforts, team efforts and those Members CV placed into your respective organization from the efforts of the Members above you, i.e. spillover.

Incentivizes the Member to create, develop and train leaders within their organization. This bonus rewards our Members with a percentage match based on the commissions earned by all Members personally enrolled by you and their respective organizations up through 5 generations.

Marketing Center, in other words the position owned by the Member in the network.

One personal position in the M/C limited to 2 teams.

Means three (3) positions/MC in the network, active from the start of the MP.

HOW DO I GET PAID WITHIN CONLIGUS

There are 2 ways of earning an income with Conligus:

1. Cash2. Business Expansion Wallet.

CASH Is calculated and paid out based on a Members personal and organizational CV. It is computed on earnings derived from the Cycle Bonus, Promo Bonus, Matching Bonus and other bonuses offered through the Conligus compensation plan. Bonuses are calculated and paid out on a DAILY, WEEKLY & MONTHLY basis.

BUSINESS EXPANSION WALLET (B.E.W)Conligus rewards your personal and organizations marketing efforts further by topping up your commissions up to a whopping 50% and depositing those funds into a separate B.E.W. account for each Member. The top up is tied directly to your Cycle Bonus, Promo Bonus and Matching Bonuses. This way we can assist your efforts financially in helping to expand your marketing empire and reach your income objectives quicker.

CONLIGUS HYBRID AUCTION

With each membership package that is offered by Conligus, the Member will receive a precise amount of “virtual coins” to be used to place bids in the auction. A Member can choose to use their predetermined amount of “virtual coins’ to bid in the auction personally, or they may choose to give away some of their virtual coins for promotional purposes giving potential clients a chance to participate in the auction and seeing how it all works so they may want to join your team and help spread the word to their friends and family.

At Conligus we only feature top of the line products from name brand consumer products around the world. Imagine the thrill of bidding on and winning the latest chic fashion trends from Paris, London and New York, or the latest offerings in consumer electronics, computers and designer watches. In addition we have specific auctions for extravagant and enchanting holiday vacation destinations located around the world at a fraction of the retail cost.

• What do we do? We sell products at retail price or discounted price starting from 91%.

• How to get the discounted price? The last bidder wins when the counter expires. Every time a new bid is placed the counter restarts.

• How does it work? Auction starts from 0.00 Euro and increases 0.1 Euro cent each time somebody bids. For each bids we held a deposit of 0.50 Euro.

• Promise of Buy Agreement: When you place a bid you promise to buy the product at end of the auction even if you llose. If you don't buy, you broke your promise and we keep your deposit as a compensation.

The genius behind the development of the Business Expansion Wallet (B.E.W.) is simple. We wanted to create a way that would help our Members grow their businesses in the fastest way possible while maintaining a secure foundation now and in the future.

All active Marketing Partners in Conligus share 10 % of the company's total monthly CV. As a Basic Member, you will receive 1 share of that total. As a Pro Member, you will receive 5 shares and as an Executive Member you will receive 20 shares.

Each time you sponsor new Marketing Partner into your team your profit shares increase. If you sponsor a Pro Member, you will be rewarded with 5 additional shares for each new Member and if you sponsor an Executive Member, you will be rewarded with 20 additional shares for each new Executive Member you enroll.

Attention: Your shares will always be paid, even if you are not active.

Please note: The B.E.P shares expire if the Marketing Partner has not been active for 180 days or more.

LEVERAGE BONUS 30 DAYS

We at Conligus want to reward and emphasize speed as well as commitment. When you successfully reach 2,300 CV in personal sponsor volume within the f i r s t 30 days of your enrollment in Conligus then we will reward you with an additional one-time bonus called the Leverage Bonus.

In addition to reaching the rank of Achiever Status in Conligus, you will receive an additional bonus of €250 deposited directly into your B.E.W. As an Executive Member you will be paid in CASH instead of B.E.W.

The key to building quick momentum lies in duplicating this bonus with every new member who joins your team because it's time sensitive and creates urgency.

TEAM CYCLE BONUS

The Team Cycle Bonus is without question one of the most lucrative components of our company’s business model. It rewards you for both Personal and Team efforts in the following way. You only need to build two teams starting from your Marketing position, one on your left and one on your right. We call this a binary system and this system of marketing has been time tested for nearly 3 decades. Through this system, you are paid in what we call Cycles.

Conligus pays commissions based on the total Commissionable Volume (CV) that takes place in both left and right teams beginning with the first sale all the way down to the last sale in each team regardless of levels or generations, insuring you get credit for every purchase and sale made in your entire organization. A Cycle is created when there is 300cv in one team and 150cv in the other team.

Each Cycle pays out €16.50 in CASH and is always topped up with up to 50% being deposited directly into your B.E.W. account. The number of Cycles is only limited by your achieved rank and pays out up to a daily cap of €9,000. Any leftover CV or accumulated volume will carry over to the next Cycle or be banked indefinitely and never flushed.

• Team cycle bonus is paid out into your cash account and is always topped with up to 50% into your b.e.w.

• With 3 mc’s you will be paid in cash up to 3 times more, which is already from the start 3 x 990 euros / day.

• The volume required in your binary is 18,000 / 9,000 per mc.

BASIC & PRO VS EXECUTIVE

As a Basic and Pro Member with Conligus, each Basic and Pro Member begins with a single (1) active Marketing Center (MC) in which they can earn commissions based on completed cycles from the total CV volume in their left and right legs.

As an Executive Member with Conligus, each Executive is automatically coded in the system with three (3) personal income producing Marketing Centers (MC’s) instead of just one in which they can earn commissions based on completed cycles from the total CV volume in their left and right legs. This upgrade will enable all Executive Members the ability to maximize the Team Cycle Bonus by tripling (3x) their potential income power.

Remember each Marketing Center that a Member begins with based on their initial package, whether it be 1 or 3 MC’s is entitled to earn the full benefits and income as stated in the Conligus compensation plan.

If your desire is to achieve the highest level of financial success that’s available in the Conligus compensation plan, then the Executive Member Package is clearly the superior option because it would enable you to optimize your earning potential from day 1.

Executive Members have the option of building 1, 2 or 3 Marketing Center’s simultaneously, or they may choose to build 1 MC at a time in order to solidify the CV volume and level of leadership before building their second or third MC. It's a decision we leave entirely up to the Executive Member. Conligus has a vested interest in each of our Members success and therefore it is our duty and responsibility to point out the best available options so our Members can choose the best strategy that meets their specific goals.

MATCHING BONUS

The Matching Bonus program is an incentive bonus used as motivation to help you and your team to succeed. This amazing bonus pays out 10 % of each personally enrolled Team Member’s total Cycle earnings.

• As a Pro Member, you have the ability to enjoy profits through 3 generations of qualified Members.

• As an Executive Member, you have the ability to get the profit through 5 generations beneath you. You will also have the ability to profit up to nine generations of Matching Bonus at a certain rank in the career path (See page 17). This bonus has a “dynamic compression”. The said means that Members that do NOT achieve a cycle, in that specific week, are excluded.

• As an active Executive Member you will earn more on your matching bonus as you will start off with 5 generations of matching bonus from day one. You can also reach 5 generations of matching bonus at a certain star level.

PAYOUT 21 DAYS RULE

Each commission payment calculated in Conligus is moved in CASH or BEW wallet according to the reward plan explanation. Both wallets has 21 days waiting period, so this means that if TODAY the users commission is calculated I can use it after 21 days. The calculation of each bonus has these rules:

RETAIL BONUS: Calculated every 00.00 CET from the total amount of sales during the day. Retail Bonus is moved immediately on CASH wallet (Available after 21 days).

PROFIT SHARING: Calculated on the 5th of each month from the TOTAL VOLUME (CVs) generated from the previous month. Profit Sharing is moved immediately on BEW wallet (Available after 21 days).

PROMO BONUS: Calculated every 00.00 CET from the total amount of CONLIGUS COINS vouchers activated. Promo Bonus is moved immediately on CASH wallet (Available after 21 days). This is paid if the user reaches the min. target of vouchers activated.

LEVERAGE BONUS: Calculated every 00.00 CET from the total amount of sales during the day. Leverage Bonus is moved immediately on CASH wallet (Available after 21 days). This is paid the day that the user reaches 2300 CV on his account within 30 days from enrollment.

CYCLE BONUS: Calculated every 00.00 CET from the total amount of sales during the day. Cycle Bonus is moved immediately on CASH and BEW wallet (Available after 21 days).

MATCHING BONUS: Calculated weekly, on Fridays 00.00 CET. Matching Bonus is moved into CASH and BEW wallet (Available after 21 days).

LEADERSHIP BONUS: Calculated on the 5th of every month from the TOTAL VOLUME (CVs) generated from the previous month. Leadership Bonus is paid into your CASH WALLET (Available after 21 days). The Leadership Bonus is calculated on the previous monthes qualification.
