Set up process made easy
Step 1: Client submits basic documents to obtain initial approval from DAFZA
Step 2: Client selects facility, pays the fees and DAFZA issues the lease agreement
Step 3: Client submits legal documents to DAFZA for approval
Step 4a for Branch: DAFZA registers the Branch and issues the license
Step 4b for FZE: •DAFZA assists client with the bank account opening •Client deposits the share capital and provides a letter from the bank•DAFZA registers FZE and issues the license
*The process should take around a month (to check with sales), subject to availability of all required documents
