There will be two (2) separate types of awards presented to Clubs this year: There will be Club
recognition presented in the categories of Gold, Silver and Bronze Awards.
Award level determined on number of points of any club in the enumerated categories.

Club should have no arrears to Rotary International by 5 PM of April 30, 2011 (@ earlier date if Yr-End be held in May 2011)

Club should have 100 percent member subscription to the Rotarian and/or
Philippine Rotary magazine by April 30, 2011 based on RI membership total

The determination of the category of medium or large clubs will be based on the RI registered members by April 30, 2011

2. At least 20% membership increase.
3. Contributed at least $3,000 to the Annual Giving of TRF
The overall Club of the Year Award, the 1st and 2nd Runner-Up , and 7 Club of the Year will be determined as follows:

5. Complied with all the requirements for minimum qualifications of awards
6. The club with the highest points will be awarded the Overall club of the year, the next highest points will be the 1st runner-up and so on.
The overall Club of the Year Award, the 1st and 2nd Runner-Up , and 7 Club of the Year will be determined as follows:
