INTRODUCTION
This is a simple model to be used for improvement introduction and implementation. The goal of this slide set is
to help us think through this model and its elements to improve our rollouts and change efforts. We often forget or skip the first and last steps of this process, to prepare and to maintain. Doing them well will help our improvement stick and allow us move on to the next improvement that we need to make. I invite you to review and incorporate to
help your change efforts. --Tom Curtis
