Introduction

My Name is Frank Collins IV and this is a glimpse of my life and my achievements and future goals. I also will show you the steps I will be taking to achieve my future goals.

Personal Mission Statement

Hi, to my potential future employers. My name is Frank Collins IV, and I am from San Diego California. I am the only male out of 7 children and the youngest of them all. I am the only one in my family to achieve a college degree (associates) and to attend a university. I received my associates degree from Grossmont College out of San Diego California. I plan on obtaining my bachelors degree in May of 2015 from Northwood University (Michigan). My main motivation to continue striving for more in life is not just my ambition to utilize my full potential, but to be a personal example for my family that you can achieve what ever you want. I want to be an example to all the young children in and out of my personal life that if I can do it you can do it and that its never too late.

• I'm know how to work Microsoft at an advanced level. I have installed security cameras in my previous job. I am knowledgeable with computer and I am a very quick learner. I have driven and operated plenty of machinery (forklift, bull dozer, electric pallet jack, tow trucks, and etc.). Frank Collins is an extraordinary young man. As his football coach for the past two years, I have seen many examples of his talents both on the field and through his performance in the classroom. It is my understanding Frank has applied for a position within your organization. It is without hesitation I highly recommend Frank Collins for this position.

Frank has demonstrated a strong work ethic in the classroom. His academic performance is closely monitored by the football staff, and through progress reports and midterm and final grade reports, it is obvious, Frank has taken his major in Management very seriously. He often spends extra time with study groups to ensure he has taken the appropriate measures to better himself in the classroom.

As a member of the football team, Frank is punctual to team functions and has demonstrated good communication and leadership skills. It is not uncommon for Frank to lead the younger defensive linemen through drill work. His ability to comfortably communicate with everyone has created both admiration and respect from his teammates. Frank often puts in extra time in the football meeting room, film study room, and on the practice field to make certain he has prepared himself accordingly.
