Executive Summary

• Today’s busy life, stay alone students and job holders in other cities- away from

their respective homes where washing daily cloths becomes a big task.

• Budgetary constraints and transferability of jobs and work makes buying a

washing machine a nightmare.

• During powercuts a regular washing machine cannot work with an inverter due

to its high electricity and voltage requirements.

• On the other hand a section of our society is deprived of all

necessary electronic appliances due to economic differentiation.

• To meet such gap, our team came up with the idea “Chotu”:--

• A portable mini washing machine within a bucket.

• Weights as bucket (plastic), i.e. it’s not easy to carry rather it’s very

easy to carry, with very less

• Consumption electricity (capable of working with an inverter).

• Therefore it decreases your effort, saves electricity, easily

transferrable/movable and fits everybody’s pocket.
