PRODUCT DETAILS

Fly ash is a product of burning finely ground coal in a boiler to produce electricity. It is removed from the plant exhaust gases primarily by electrostatic precipitators, or baghouses and secondarily by scrubber systems. Physically, fly ash is a very fine, powdery material, composed mostly of silica nearly all particles are spherical in shape. Fly ash is generally light tan in colour and consists mostly of silt-sized and clay-sized glassy spheres. This gives fly ash a consistency somewhat like talcum powder.Fly ash is a pozzolan, a siliceous material which in the presence of water will react with calcium hydroxide at ordinary temperatures to produce cementitious compounds. Because of its spherical shape and pozzolanic properties, fly ash is useful in cement and concrete applications. The spherical shape and particle size distribution of fly ash also make it a good mineral filler in hot mix asphalt applications and improve the fluidity of flowable fill and grout when it is used for those applications.

The advantages of aerated concrete building material is the versatility of use of the end products – blocks, floors, roof material, wall panels. It can constitute the entire structure of low rise buildings upto two storeys.

Aerated concrete building material eliminates wastes at work site and being absolutely inert does not emit toxic gases even when open to the element fire.

Aggregates are a mixture of different types of construction material.

SILPOZZ SAND It is natural sand which is

directly collected from River bank and it contains black, gray and brown coloured sand mixtures. It is granular form. It contains impurities like Silt, Salt, Sea Salt and organic impurities.

We have sources for collection of Natural River Sand, Washing of Natural Sand with soft. Sweet water, Screening to achive consistence uniform size and quality. Drum mixture for perfect mixing and packing plant.

Our plant present capacity is to produce 1000mt/Day.

JOINTING MORTAR JOINTING MORTARJointing Mortar is a thin bed, high strength, pre-

mixed, quality assured mortar comprising of ordinary Portland Cement, specially graded sand and Polymers. It is specially formulated and easily applied, giving a better bonding with higher air entraining properties. “Jointing Mortar” is a masonary mortar for use in laying various types of fly ash / concrete bricks, AAC blocks and stones. It replaces conventional jointing mortar of 12-18 mm thickness with highly versatile 3-4 mm thickness mortar.

READY MADE PLASTER

Ready Made Plaster Plaster is a strong, durable pre-mixed

powder suitable for plastering over all types of old or new conventional clay bricks, fly ash bricks / blocks and Autoclaved Aerated Concrete blocks (AAC). It is normally applied to masonary interiors and exteriors to achieve a smooth surface.

Area of Use: Under coating and plastering over

existing concrete and brick/block walls. Use as a levelling plaster for correction

of surface undulation in bare concrete block and other cementitious substrates.

Basic levelling of concrete, light weight blocks and bricks.

Filling holes and irregularities, levelling walls and ceilings.

Create a leveled surface from uneven or concrete wall.

READY MIXED CONCRETE &

to concrete that is specifically manufactured for delivery to the customer's construction site in a freshly mix and plastic or unhardened state. Concrete itself is a mixture of Portland Cement, water and aggregates comprising sand and gravel or crushed stone. In traditional work sites, each of these materials is procured separately and mix in specified proportions at site to make concrete. Ready Mix Concrete is bought and sold by volume - usually expressed in cubic meters. RMX can be custom-made to suit different applications.

FURNANCE SLAG Product Description: The Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBS) is a type of eco-friendly green building material and high

quality secondary cementitious material for concrete and cement. It is recognized as one of the best secondary cementitious material for building high durable concrete strecture in the world today !GGBS has taken over top place of high-performance cement and concrete mineral additives with its unique characteristics of hydration,low-price raw material. GGBS is obtained by quenching molten iron blastfurnace slag (a by- product of iron and steel making) in water or steam.
