AN ENGLISH CAMP IN CAZORLA On Thursday we arrived in Cazorla at approximately one ò clock. The teachers told us which was our apartment. All the girls of this school were together, and the boys too. We arrived to our apartment and we started eating our sandwiches and chips. After, the teachers told us that we had to wait some hours. During these hours we went some time to the swimming pool. Then, the teachers told us that we had to make groups of ten people. We were nine, and the nine of us were together with Juan David, a boy from Almeria. We make a game of orientation. We were trying to find clues, and then, we had to make photos to the places that the clues said. From 6:30 p.m till one hour before dinner, we did some mountain bike races. Most of the bikes were broken and in one slope most of us fell down, ha-ha!! All the boys of the group were very “brave” as they thought they were the best, specially Adrian and Mario. We went to a supermarket to buy some food and drinks. We bought some gifts for our friends too. During this travel we met a lot of people, especially from Almeria. Then, we went to the museum to see some typical things of Cazorla. At night, we went for dinner. This day, the dinner was not very good. The food was soup, meat, French fries and a yoghurt. We thought that all the food was going to be very bad everyday, but the other days the food was not bad. At 11:15 p.m, we went to the disco, but it was not good for some of us, because we would like to see the TV serie “Aguila Roja”, but we had to go there. Raquel was the only one who was dancing all the time. Most of us were bored . We stayed there for two or three hours. At the beginning, all of us started dancing, but after an hour, most of us were sat down in some chairs, and we went outside to breathe some “fresh air”. The weather at night was very nice as it was warm but not very hot, and with a soft wind that blew at our faces. At 1:00 a.m, we came back to the apartment. At the beginning we wanted to have a party with our partners from Almeria, Cataluña and from our class, but later, we decided that we were really tired, so we went to sleep till the next day.

AN ENGLISH CAMP IN CAZORLA

On Thursday we arrived in Cazorla at approximately one ò clock.

At 9:20 we went to have breakfast. We ate hot milk and a cold toast with butter and jam. After that, we divide in three groups. Then we went to a share of the Guadalquivir. One group did shouting arrows, other did canoiog and the last one did aquatic senderism. In the aquatic senderism we went through the Guadalquivir. It was really cold and we stay walking through that cold water for half an hour. Luckily we had swimming suits which maintain us warm. We went into the river with our trainers. These suits were almost impossible to put in and tu get out. After aquatic senderism we did canoing. We fall into the water a lot of times, but in the end we stay in different canoes. We did canoing for another half an hour. For those who never have done canoing will seem easy but it was really difficult. If you didn’t paddle well you move to the right or to the left and you crash with the land. It was really funny. After canoing we did shouting arrows. We were approximately at 15 meters far from the target. We did between one and two nice shoots but one of us did three.

After lunch, the boys went to the girls’s home to play. And as we were too boring we put our shoes in the washing machine with shampoo… Je, je,je. We were very intelligent... One of us (Isabel) took the drawer out of the washing machine and the water started getting out of it. We had to clean the floor before started shouting. Because of the same reason (that we were boring) Raquel started to do a “special” soup which contained: sun lotion, licor del Polo, a mosquito, water, axe, leaves, after shave, vanilla perfum, sand, chocolate, fanta, Doritos… It was funny. At 6o’clock (Friday) we climbed, passed through a tibetian bridge and in the last part, zip-line. It was amazing. The people that took part in the activity were: Raquel, Álvaro, Adrian, Juan Carlos and Quique. After going to the small swimming-pool and showering ourselves, we had dinner. At 11:15 p.m we went to the disco and some of us started dancing and some others were sitting on the chairs watching at the dancers. I think they were very tired. We slept at 3:30 a.m because some nice people didn’t come to the girls’ home although they said so. =(At Saturday morning, after having breakfast, we went to the Parque Cinegético of Cazorla, in which we were watching animals (mainly deers and goats). Then, after visiting the park, we went to a museum called Torre del Vinagre; where we saw a film of Cazorla. Finally, we went back to the hotel for lunch.

This day we had deer, potatoes and rice for lunch. The most sensitive people among us remembered the deers in the Parque Cinegético so they didn´t eat the meat. However it was delicious. After lunch we had to say good bye to our friends from Fiñana and Barcelona and we will meet next year.We travel during 5 hours to reach Getafe where our parents were waiting for us.
