FOUR CEILINGS IN WAVERLEY

• A new referred client wanted their peeling and mouldy old ceiling fixed so that they could rent out the property.

• The job was booked in May, and completed on time in two days.

DECK IN ST PETERS

• We have painted the client’s whole house inside and out twice – in 2004 and 2011

• We completed a maintenance re-coat on the deck.

CABANA AND DECKING IN WAVERLEY

• The back granny flat had to be repainted and the deck needed to be re-oiled.

• There was some water damage on the kitchen wall, We brought our thermal imager to identify the source of the leak and fixed it by sealing the upstairs balcony.

• Note the drawing of the cabana - this is the spec for our crew which is posted on our online project management system.

PERGOLA IN DULWICH HILL

• A large strata property engaged us to repaint the four poolside pergola structures.

• The scope was to prepare and paint the timber structure. We could see that the roof needed cleaning so the team pressure washed and cleaned out the gutter.

• Once clean, the old paint job looked tired, so the building manager asked us to quote and paint the roof.

• The job had to be complete before the long weekend and we completed it on time.

STAIRCASE IN POINT PIPER

• The home of one the owners of the large property group in Point Piper. We have done work for this property group for the last five year.s They own shopping centres and three large city buildings.

• The scope was to prepare and paint the dado and stairs on three levels. The stairs were old and varnished and we were to transform it to a painted finish with black risers to match the new floor.

• The whole house was being renovated and the builder’s painter did the rest of the house while we did the detailed job on the stairs and the dado.

• We changed the sheen level from matt to satin on the treads and the railing.

REPAINT IN THE CITY

• A sign installation company called on a Tuesday afternoon to say that two walls in a busy financial office in the city needed to have the wallpaper stripped and repainted urgently.

• Signage needed to be installed on Friday for an important video conference meeting on the Tuesday morning.

• I looked at the job on the Wednesday, and the job was completed by the Thursday evening.

RENOVATION IN RANDWICK

• Renovations – like any work of art - are never finished, only abandoned.

• The first stage of the job was completed in December 2011. We then returned at intervals in 2012 to paint completed areas.

• We returned to paint the fireplace area, down pipe and new stairs. The job is now complete.

WHY?

• You might wonder why I started a painting business and the reason is that I am a painter.
