_Based on Re-allocation Result and Talent Re-Planning, we expected to recruit 26 newbies in Fall Recruitment 2013 (find attached Talent Planning and Reallocation file)
_In reality: Fall Recruitment 2013: 39 newbies (this exceeded goal because we want to ensure talent capacity in case of members’ joining Life Long Connection during Q3 and Q4)

PA CA AND COACHING DELIVERY Coaching: At functional/project level, as Coaching is
conducted on-the-job basis, TM cannot track Coaching detailed information (date and time, content), TM assess Coaching quality by Coachee’s feedback which is partly reflected by NPS (whether they receive enough support from their leaders or not). However, at LC level, TM organize Coaching Training for Team Leaders and Date with EB which is combination of Coaching and Mentoring.

Description: 4 rounds in which TMP candidates have to understand and try to promote Global Citizen under supervision of EB and Supporting Function Managers
