Two commercial missions from Xian came to Paris, London, Lisbon & Spain (Madrid in October and Barcelona in December).
A commercial mission from Spain to Xian: April’06.

If you are in Shaanxi/Xian...
1. They’re beginning same progress’ way followed by other places in the country like Coast.
2. U must take into account authorities instructions.
3. U must take care about peculiarities. If an Irish is obviously different to a Scottish, why don’t we think the same from Chinese people?

SOME ADVICE (ii)
Chinese companies usually feel Spain, France, Portugal,... it’s not enough. Europe is the reference. If we agree so, Lawrope must be our advertising. We think Lawrope could perform main parts as... a) look clients/investors to Chinese projects for (short term). b) promote China (not only Shaanxi) between the clients. c) engage Chinese companies to Europe (long term).
