Feeling Accomplished at the end of the work day

is so important…

Page 2: Accomplishment

It will affect your relationships

You gain that sense of accomplishment from tasks you are getting paid to do rather than

searching for accomplishments through tasks you do for free.

Page 3: Accomplishment

It will affect your health

Sense of accomplishment also is a stress reliever. It’s like climbing that mountain which puts a lot of physical stress on your body during it but when you are sitting at the top, that stress is replaced with pure elation!

Page 4: Accomplishment

It will affect your ability to grow in

your skills. In order for your skills to grow, you must be using them. Accomplishing tasks that challenge your skills only makes you stronger in those.

It will affect your overall mood- in and

outside of workHaving that list at the end of the day with a bunch of checkmarks down it feels so good! With every check, mood is lifted. Think about something you tried and had to work at; for me, it was Guitar Hero, that first song- Slow Ride. The first time I got through it without failing, my frustration of every time I failed it, disappeared and was replaced with confidence and pride.

It will affect your confidence

The better your relationships, your health, your skills, and your mood, the more confident you become. With increased confidence your options are limitless. Your dreams are achievable. You are much more likely to be successful.
