Akram created new model for business transformation. The new 3H model is very simple, envision the Head, motivate the Heart and operate the Hand. He analogs the organization as a human being has a head, heart and hand. Head for strategy, heart for tactic and hand for operation. Akram used his new business model 3H (Head, Heart, Hand) in establishment of a semi-government that has 200 billion SR assets. The promised company is planed to be as EMMAR holding through the next few years.
