Pickup Systems Ltd operate from an18000 sq ft state of the art production facility in Burnley, Lancashire (UK). A 12000 square foot extension with the capability of expanding the companys product portfolio is currently in build with a showroom included.

Our computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) programs help you explore design ideas, visualize concepts through photorealistic renderings

From 3D Design of the bodies straight to our state of the art (CNC) milling and routing facility

The kits are then fabricated by the latest plastic welding techniques available.

When the welding process is complete this is the finished vehicle body.

The next processing area is painting the plastic body.Pickup systems have an in-house painting facility
