La Isla del Condado was designed for a small number of residents who wanted something different. The terraced houses which have large balconies open to the most spectacular scenery of Condado de Alhama.

With influence from the great central boulevard, next to the large Town Center, "El Oasis" is a private community, which is accessed through a bridge with security control, we have designed the smallest and exclusive resort on a island of tranquility.

The architecture, as in the rest of Condado de Alhama, is Mediterranean; rough, rounded corners, gardens... but with an earthy undertone, adopting the color of the land on which it stands. This is the chosen shade for most of the buildings on the complex.

The homes have a dining room, fully equiped kitchen, bathroom, two or three bedrooms and large terraces over 18 m2. The ground floor apartments feature a large open garden on the lake at least 25 m2. The homes on the upper floors are staggered laterally and feature large terraces of up to 67 m2.

All apartments are around and in front of the great central lake. The Island has been designed with a central garden, parking, resting and walking areas and playgrounds. There are three magnificent and unique pools in front of the lake on the same level, where only a fine line separates them. In addition, a winding road runs throughout the resort.

There is a landscape with wide views of nearly 2 miles to admire the water, the green, the sun and mountains on the horizon.

The complex, is it’s own community which boasts a Social Club with a gym, swimming pool and terraces for relaxation.

In October 2012 the construction of first theme park, Paramount of Europe begins. It will be the second largest in Europe and the largest in Spain; just 5 minutes from La Isla del Condado.
