What do we do?• Typos and Grammar: Check a handful of pages and glance

through the content to ensure that everything is correct.

• Image Placement: Give us feedback on the images placed in the content. Is it relevant? Recommendations?

• Login Tests: Login using your Novell Username and Password to ensure that it is successful.

• Edit your Profile: After logging in click on your username in the top left of the site and edit your profile.

• Contact Forms: If you find a contact form, fill it out and submit it. During the testing phase we will respond to verify that the submission worked.

Submit bugs, requests, suggestions, etc. using the “**Web Requests” link

under the Staff Menu.

What do we do? (cont.)• Hacker: Get in there and try to find things that you’re not

supposed to! Try typing in an address manually.

• Search: Do some test searches to see if it works the way you think an end-user would want it to. Try to find hidden stuff.

DATC Webmaster Blog• Used to keep the web functionality team and all users of

the website updated with the latest info about the site.

• What will it contain? Info about upcoming upgrades, new features, knows issues, or anything!

• Accessible only to everyone.

• During the testing phase check it often!
