A lot of good content does not go on air / part of the film. Put these (unique content) up online and

create viral

Social Media should act like “Anything else you would like to

know about the film or show, this is the only platform you have”

Let people comeback and find something new everyday

Score high on engagement, numbers are secondary

Heperactivity is what we should live off

When there’s no video / content of contestant / film promo’s / music

(direct content), then upload photographs, quotes, video chats of the celebrities / participants. Don’t hit the

snooze button. Be in the consumers mind space

Connect the fans round the clock. A photograph at 12 am, a tweet at 2

am and a FB post at 7 am

Medium is 24/7 so the team is 24/7

The team should be young, speaks the language, popular socially

The team members should live 2 lives, one in the real world and the

other as a digital being

Upload stuff through the night. The night is your friend. A lot of today’s

social media consumers are nocturnal. Late nights are the early morning. Social

media is not a 9-5 job

Constantly come up with ideas to keep users engaged

When the engagement happens….It cant be all take and no give…

Incentives matters

Reward Loyalists. Take the engagement offline. Invite fans from Twitter and

Facebook for the premiers… Let the stars be present and interact with them… For fans, its an once-in-a-lifetime chance to meet

their screen idols

When they will go back home, they will get on to their smartphones and computers and propagate even more

Abuse is good. People are very brave online. Hate, Anger works… Either a character should be hated or loved

by people

Make a character popular among girls and the viral will work

For soaps, make “webisode” every day

Creating content is a cost – digital team should travel, should carry own

equipment to shoot and upload

Biomatric Facebook connect – with RFID to tag individual’s fingerprints;

when a contestant entered an audition, will trigger a post in his /

her FB id saying “Entering Audition”
