Thin client Installation-
Configuration
Install server 2003 windows operating system in a computer with 2 LAN cards.
To the 1st LAN Card (Internet) give any Private IP in range (192.168.1.100) from 1 to 254 with gateway IP which Your router is using.
To the 2nd LAN Card(Thin Client) give an IP of another range(192.168.1.0) than the Internet Card.
Install thin client setup in the server by follow the link:-

Define IP Addresses to all PXE BOOT ROM manually
Let the client to find the server and then connect it.
Login in the windows by the user name which have created in server 2003
