Focus on the use of Web 2.0

▫ Social Networks should support adults’ participation during the implementation of WP4

▫ SN should also play a key role in dissemination: opening discussions or “tweets” after specific Newsletter numbers could be a good strategy (coordinated by the authors of the newsletter’s articles)

▫ LinkedIn as professional network to disseminate articles and activities (over every partner network)

▫ Adoption of Googledocs amongst partners for Meetings (minutes), Monitoring Reports (WP1) and Quality Assurance (WP2)

▫ Adoption of Flickr as common repository of images▫ Adoption of Youtube as common repository of videos

Tying (IMPORTANT) Loose ends…

▫ The problem of Graphic Chart and Guidelines: DLV that are not connected to specific budget.

▫ Need of redistributing tasks to better adopt the assigned budget, considering the partners’ competences Decision 1: Considering SEED proposal, the partner will

take in charge Graphic Chart and Guidelines to adopt a common image for all project’s products.
