All appliances and equipment are highly energy and water efficient and are from companies such as Miele, Franke, Hansgrohe and Philips that practice environmental responsibility within their own business.

Manufacturers and suppliers such as 4 Room, Arens, Borg, Hansakivi, Sunorek and Tank were used to reduce costs and CO2 emissions while helping support the local economy and talent.
