1. Equal opportunities and full participation in society

2. Sector responsibility 3. Joint responsibility 4. Compensation

• 2011-2015• Goal: To create a more efficient and effective public sector. • Core ambition: Digital channels in 2015 are Danes first (and only)

choice in their contact with the public sector.• Includes large areas of welfare policy such as education, health,

environment and occupation• 60 initiatives which all together aims to ensure that Denmark

continues to have a modern, efficient and well functioning public sector that delivers service with high quality

• 2015: Digital solutions are first choice in danes communication with public authorities. Eg: School, health insurance, www.borger.dk, cellphone

• Effective and usable selfservice solutions in all relevant area • The most important guidelines regarding: security, design,

usability, accessibility and recycle of data compiled in a mandatory guide in 2012

• Easier to start a business: Post, reporting, employment, personalised website (virk.dk) get digital

Digitisation and welfare technology shall modernise some of the welfare areas core output, eg:

1. IT in schools2. IT in health care system3. Simplify and improve employment effort

• An efficient sharing of reliable basic databetween authorities

• A law that is adapted to the possibilitiesin the digital society
