In the last days, God says, I will pour out

my Spirit on all people Acts 2:17

In the past God spoke to our forefathers through the prophets at many times and in various places,

but in these last days he has spoken to us by His Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom

he made the universe. Hebrews 1:1-2

First of all, you must understand that in the last days scoffers will come, scoffing and following their own evil desires.

They will say, “Where is this ‘coming’ he promised?

People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of

money, boastful, proud 2 Timothy 2:2a

abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving,

slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of good,

treacherous, rash, conceited 2 Timothy 3:2b-4a

lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God- having

a form of godliness but denying its power.

They are the kind who worm their way into homes and gain control over weak-willed women, who are loaded down with sins and are swayed by all kinds of evil desires, always learning but never able to acknowledge the

truth. 2 Timothy 3:6-7

Treat younger men as brothers, older women as

mothers, and younger women as sisters, with

absolute purity. 1 Timothy 5:1b-2

Everyone who wants to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be

persecuted, while evil people and imposters will go from bad to worse,

deceiving and being deceived. But as for you, continue in what you have

learned … 2 Timothy 3:12b-14a

You have known the holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is God-breathed, and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness (3:15-16)
