2. Show the benefits to senior managers. For example: faster access to information.

Senior managers still not convinced? Show them research on the benefits of enterprise social networks.

4. Ask the senior managers to use the network for two weeks. Show them howit works – ask them to ask a question; install the Enterprise Social Network appon their phone; become their personal Enterprise Social Network support.
