Stuffed chicken breast

Ingredients4 boneless chicken breast1(10oz) bag of chopped spinach2 (4oz) blocks of cream cheese3 teaspoons of garlic powder1 teaspoon of salt1 teaspoon of pepper

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F(190 degrees C)

Step 2Place spinach and cream cheese in a large bowl and mix together. Allow mixture to sit until it reaches room temperature.

Step 3Place chicken breast on a clean surface, fillet the chicken breast (cut the chicken breast along the side but not all the way through).

Step 4Spoon in the spinach and cream cheese mixture onto the chicken breast.

Step 5Wrap the chicken breast with two or three pieces of bacon.

Step 6 Bake uncovered for 45 minutes in the preheated oven, then use the broiler or increase the oven temperature to 500 degrees F for 5 – 10 minutes to brown the bacon.

Finished Product

Lets stand for 2-3 minutes then serve.
