Collaborative Project
Culinary Group• We discussed a generation in the past that focused
on planting gardens in economically depressed times ( Victory Gardens during WWII) and compared that to present times; for example, Michelle Obama has created focus on personal gardening. We planted our own culinary herbs and discussed how to care for them, and how the herbs can be used. We plan to cook a dish using the herbs once the are fully grown.
