PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED

BUILDING It is not suitable for the mushroom to grow properly

HEALTH CONDITION OF THE OWNER/MANAGER

• It can be contaminated if the maintenance or the one who manage has illness like cough and cold

CONTAMINATIONS

• Mushrooms are sensitive, they are easily destroy when they are touched by someone or the materials use in pasteurization

RATS & INSECTS• They eat the spawn and mother spawn that may cause of production loss

HANGING HABAGAT & HUMILITY• The owner cannot control the temperature and

moisture

• It affects the raw materials. Corn cabs, sawdust etc.

LIMITED EQUIPMENT• Other equipment to be use is expensive where in the owner cant afford it

• Owner don’t have sufficient capital to buy modern technology for the proper production of his plantation

Period of time in Pasteurization• it takes 1 month pasteurization before the continuous harvesting

Education• Lack of knowledge in proper caring of the plantation

ALTERNATIVE FORCES OF ACTIONS• Alternatives can help the plantation grow properly and can supply enough products to the

consumers.

• It always has an appropriate alternatives per problems they encounter

• And in every alternatives, there are always advantages and disadvantages

ADVANTAGE

- to have enough quality of the product

DISADVANTAGE

- too expensive

LIMITED EQUIPMENT

SOLUTION

-they use improvise materials to make their work easier

-buy modern technology

ADVANTAGE

- they make their production easier and faster

DISADVANTAGE

-more expensive

**so they prefer to use improvise materials

EQUIPMENT IMPROVISE EQUIPMENTS MODERN TECHNOLOGY

PERIOD OF TIME IN PASTEURIZATIONSOLUTION

- in 1 month of waiting to harvest, they prefer to continuously make pasteurized fruit bag

ADVANTAGE

- more stock, continues growing of mushroom products

DISADVANTAGE

- Continues working

- ROI is long offset

EDUCATIONSOLUTION

- conduct seminars with the help of TESDA & NVSU

ADVANTAGE

- gain more knowledge about the subject
