• Bouw een content hall of fame. Content produceren is lastig. Juich best practices publiekelijk toe, en beloon wie verantwoordelijk is.

• Analyseer wekelijks, niet maandelijks.Elk stukje content is een experiment. Hoe korter de feedback loop, hoe meer kansen om tot betere experimenten te komen.
