Regulatory Impact Assessment

• Demonstrates savings of up to £25m over 10 years.

• Most benefits come from deregulating lighting requirements for certain signs but we are seeking more information from you in the consultation.

The aim of providing the local authority circular is to talk traffic signs practioners through the new structure, explain the measures we are introducing in TSRGD 2015 and how this differs since 2002.Below is a snapshot of the general format this will take.
