• 6 oz. plain yogurt
• 3 egg whites

• 3 tbsp. BetterBody Foods Chia
• 1 tbsp. BetterBody Foods Coconut Oil

• Instructions:
• Mix all dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl, whisk together all wet ingredients. Add chia seeds to the wet ingredients and mix. Let sit for 1 minute. Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients and whisk together until it reaches the proper consistency.
