WARM UP

JOINS MOVILITY:First the ancles. We move them to

oneside and then to the other side.

Next are knees and we move them in circles or stretching them like in the second photo.

Now the hips. We move the hips in the circles first to the right and after to the left.

The arms we do a lot of ways to stretch them.

The shoulders go up and down.

The wrist are very important because if you don’t stretch them you can hurt. We put the two wrists together and then we move them in circles.

Finally the neck. We move it in circles and in one side to the other side.

ACTIVATION:In the activation we run in different ways:

First we ran with the knees up and after with the foot in the bag.

We run backwards too.

We run in different ways and we finally do a spring. After this we play games.

GAMES: In this video we are jumping and passing the fit ball.
