Swimming is good for my body. I exercise my arms, shoulders, back, chest, abs and legs.

It makes me have a meal’s schedule:

- Due to this sport, I eat every four hours.

- I must eat 3 hours before and right after practicing.

It relaxes me, increasing my level of tolerance.

After swimming, I always sleep well, making my brain and body rest the whole night…
