About World Education Awards

World Education Awards is a platform

• To address national/ regional issues and the challenges in the development sector.

• To expand and diversify the multiple stakeholder voices in order to make the community more dynamic and vibrant, thereby, incorporating issues of contemporary relevance.

• To facilitate and acknowledge unique and innovative initiatives in the field of education across all regions.

World Education Awards Objectives

• To recognise and encourage organisations, projects, and programmes initiatives, in the field of education and technology from all over the world.

• To identify and popularise best/emerging/effective models, projects, programmes, initiatives in education all over the country as well as across the globe.

• To promote the most innovative project/ programme/ initiative and spread awareness about the role of ICT in addressing social and developmental concerns in education.

Selection Procedure

• The institutions/individuals nominated their project through online form.

• The submissions were verified and reviewed by the in-house award committe members. This was done to ensure that all the fields were correctly filled.

• The submissions were evaluated according to the stipulated criteria.• World Education Public Choice Awards: Evaluated nominations were put

up for online voting.• World Education Jury Awards: Evaluated nominations were

simultaneously sent to distinguished Jury for web-based evaluation.
