DESCRIPTION
This is a fun activity to show various things that represent the different seasons. I used it with Kinder through fourth and all loved it and completed the activity with varying degrees of proficiency. I controlled the hot glue gun, even with it being a low temp. glue gun. The pictures look better when colorful. this was a good review of the different seasons.

A snow globe for all seasons
What You Need:• Cardboard/ TAGBOARD (try reusing a side of a cereal, cracker, or shoe box)
• pictures to color• Clear drying, non-toxic glue• Markers or tempera paint and a paintbrush• Glitter• gallon zip lock bags clear tape• Scissors• cool temperature glue gun
What You Do:
1. Use the circle template to cut eight circles from
cardboard/tagboard (2 for each globe). This will be the background for the snow globes.
2. Color the pictures for the different seasons.
Cut out the big circle around the pictures
3. Glue the pictures on one of the tagboard circles
4. Cut the ziplock part off of the gallon bag.
5. Place the circle part of the globe into the ziplock bag. Wrap the plastic bag
around the edge of the globe and tape into the back of the globe
6. Before closing the last part of the ziplock bag around the globe, sprinkle a small pile of glitter in the center of the artwork.
7. Use the glue gun to connect the second circle over the taped ziplock bag on the back of the globe. Make sure you glue the edges together.
8. Glue the base of the globe onto a piece of cardboard/tagboard, then glue the back of the back of the globe.
9. Put a hanger on the globes to hang around the room
