Studies involve bringing together traditionally separate subjects so that students can grasp a more authentic understanding.

Integrative Learning comes in many varieties: • connecting skills and

knowledge from multiple sources and experiences;• applying skills and practices in

various settings;• utilizing diverse and even

contradictory points of view;• and, understanding issues and

positions contextually.

Content-Based Instructionis an approach to language teaching that focuses not on the language itself, but rather on what is being taught through the language; that is, the language becomes the medium through which something new is learned.

students will be able to do by the end of

the lesson.

SUBJECT MATTERTells what to teach to

the students and it also includes materials and

reference to where the subject matter is

taken from.

PROCEDUREServes as a guide

for teachers in delivering the

lesson that they are going to teach to the students.

EVALUATIONMeasures how much

the students have learnt in your class

and serves as a record for student

performance.
