SUMMARY The E-Rate is a program that provides

discounts to schools and libraries to help with telecommunications.

All K-12 public schools and many private schools are eligible for the fund.

There are 11 steps in the process. One step includes developing a Technology Plan.

Gray’s Technology plan includes getting additional equipment to provide instructional support to enhance the core content areas.
