• There is no security. However, there are big signs that the store is under video monitoring

• They should group things that related to each other, e.g. A4 paper, printers and ink cartages are far away from each other

• It is going to be nice to add some light music

• They have many expert salesmen

• No smile . . .

• I can stay longer in the store

2) AL FARIDAre You Paying Attention?

• The store is full of merchandise, it is so crowd

• The salesman has a good experience

• They should expand the store

• They should have more modern logo and color theme

• Staff should wear a uniform to show professionalism

• Design a creative catalog, to grab customers attention

3) THE BODY SHOPAre You Paying Attention?

The Body Shop

• They have a lot of personal care products

• The smell is really nice and relax me and could make me stay longer

• It is nice, products are categorized by flavor

• The store is for families only . . .

• Open door can let the customers in the mall to smell how good their product and hock them

4) FEEL FREEAre You Paying Attention?

Feel Free

• It needs redesign the store, lights and color theme

• There is a smell (not good one)

• Staff should wear uniform

• Product should be more organized

• Discount is a good strategy to motivate customers

• They should put the logo in English as well to catch non-Arabic speaker customers

5) SPORT TIMEAre You Paying Attention?

Sport Time

• The logo is smart and creative. However, it is not bright enough

• They should have bigger female and kids section

• Promotion will attract new customers

• Lighting is very nice, and the atmosphere is great

• Some creative sketches or posters is recommended

6) 1 STOREAre You Paying Attention?

1 Store

• Great store, great atmosphere

• They keep all valuable things in the middle and there are many professional salesmen

• The ceiling should be a little bit higher

• They have a creative layout

• They have many products, their specialty is not clear
