Any material that we might use from the internet also has a copyright too.

Fair UseThis term refers to the statements

that The Center for Social Media and Washington School of Law at American University are supporting the creation of a statement that give us information on copyright and let us know what is fair. (Harper, 2007)

Teach ActEducators are given limited rights to use in

the classroom.

Cont. Teach Act “Fair use is almost always going to be the

best source of authority for making copies in any context…” (Harper, 2007)

Permission

Cont. PermissionUnidentifiable owner- you can still be

punished regardless of an unsuccessful investigation of the work owner.
