• Went to bed at 8PM.

• Found by her husband 6:30AM

•In ER: Confused, Blind on the left, paralyzed on the left. NIHSS = 11.

•Out of the Window for t-PA, MERCI, etc.

•Etiology of stroke: Hypercoaguable state
