Meet the FounderMatthew Goss Cimmino began his career 33 years ago on the Commodities Exchange (COMEX) as aclerk. He worked at the 4 World Trade Center during the day and returned back to Long Island eachevening, where he attended night-school. His mastery of trading came quickly as he worked his way up.
Within just 5 years, he became the world's largest Gold trader while at Goldman Sachs. In 1988, heopened his own independent brokerage firm. His former employer Goldman Sachs became one of hislargest customers.
Again, while executing and trading his own account, while a full-member on Comex he establishedhimself as one of the largest precious metals traders in the world. In 1992, after selling off his profitablebrokerage company, he setup offices on Long Island and pursued research with an ex-Goldmancolleague. Time-tested trading methodologies, still in use to this day, began at this time.
More recently as a quantitative analyst and signal provider, Mr. Goss helped to launch a product calledFlexEdge for FlexTrade. Now, in Sao Paulo, Brazil, he is building on 33 years of experience and again,launching another new entity called StrategyDB. This analytics platform contains a unique set of tools tohelp asset-managers, hedge funds and broker-dealers to become more profitable.
