Merengue de Beet asked us to help write and communicate her personal and business story
All our stories start with answering the question ‘why you do what you do’ as a designer
Merengue de Beet’s ‘why’ is restoring the old traditions of the Matawai people in Suriname
We helped Merengue de Beet to set up her art project answering also her ‘how’ and her ‘what’
With her art project ‘Tjuba ta kai’ she helps the Matawai restore their old craft traditions
We are currently helping Merengue de Beet to finance her art project by a.o. donations
