Participants divide into 4 groups and take 20 min. to discuss the following questions:
1. Which 2-3 HR activities at the hospital are also relevant to your companies?
2. How does the hospital benefit from these 3 HR activities?
3. How would your companies be able to work with these 3 HR activities?
Select one member of the group to present the group findings.

Participants divide into 4 groups and take 15 minutes and:
Choose one of the challenges mentioned and discuss how this challenge is handled in practice by:
