We are making doors & windows specially made for clean room area where the cleaning process is very much vital, so we are very diligent while making the same. The Flush type Doors & windows is specially made for preventing the storage of bacteria. These doors are normally found in Pharmaceutical Industry/Laboratories. GENERAL:

Work includes Designing, Fabrication, supply & installation of high- performing acoustic Windows and doors so as to meet the various requirements of functionality, strength and aesthetics.

QUALITY ASSURANCE:

Drawing & Specifications are strictly adhered.

Whenever substitute products are to be considered supporting technical Literature, samples, drawings performance data will be submitted along with the bid in order to make valid comparison of the products involved.

Test reports on the proposed on the system and involved components will be made available upon request.

PERFORMANCE:

Noise Penetration: It will be restricted to maximum possible and conform to World Health Organization (WHO) recommendations.

Air infiltration & water penetration: Air the maximum irritants in a window system and the proposed system will take care of it. We shall clearly indicate the measure adopted in our proposed system to tackle this problem. Preliminary drawings shall be submitted along with the offer.

Structural stability: This system shall perform in accordance with Indian wind load criteria confirming to IS 875 (Part III) Structural calculations if required shall be submitted.

1.MATERIALS:

ALUMINIUM EXTRUSIONS: are optimally designed to meet requirements of functionally and strongly. (HE-9 alloy)

ACCESSORIES: shall be compatible with the extrusion being used.

LOCKING SYSTEMS: shall be compatible with the extrusion being used.

HANDLES AND HINGES: Hinges shall be of high quality smooth in Operation compatible with the concern profile and aesthetic in looks. Hinges shall be countered sunk and reversible.

GASKETS: shall be EPDM to ensure weather tightness.

SREWS, BOLTS, NUTS: Used for any window, door shall be made of S.S, 304 confirming to DIN standards or sheet metal screws depending on its location & its usages.

2.FINISH:

All exposed Aluminium surfaces will be free of scratches and other serious blemishes. Surface finish will be of uniform color & texture. Options : Anodizing Electro chemical coating) Powder coating. (Color Deposit Method) Electrostatic. PVDF coating.

3.GLASS:

Various types of glazing are available depending upon the suitability of your project some options are;

Industrial: Wire Glass, Pin Head Opaque, Laminated Safety Glass, Double Glazed units (For Thermal & acoustic Insulation)

Residential: Clear Glass, Tinted Glass, Beveled glass, Custom Design (Etching, Engraving) Glass.

Commercial: Clear Glass, Tinted Glass, Double Glazed units (For Thermal& acoustic Insulation)

4.FABRICATION:

Will be done Vendor’s in House manufacturing facilities to ensure good quality, Use of machinery’s cutting machine, end-milling machine, coping milling machine will confirm to deliver products of international standards.

INSTALLATION:

Framing system shall be installed, glazed and adjusted by experienced workmen in accordance with the manufacturer’s installation procedure and / or approved Shop Drawings of Architect or Client.

CLEANING, PROTECTION & HAND OVER:

Before installation, all metal surfaces shall be covered within self-sticking PVC film to protect it from mortar, Plaster Paint or other contaminants.

• We have full pledged in-house Design & EngineeringDepartment employing fully qualified Engineers &Technicians working on Computer Aided Design (CAD)workstations. We prepare and submit precise & thoroughlydetailed shop drawing along with relevant engineeringcalculations. Ordering of Materials/Production/Executionshall commence after the receipt of full & final approval ofshop drawings by Architect/Client.

• We are constantly improving on our existing products as wellas developing new product system to meet the requirementsof Architects/Clients. We are responsible for the design andmanufacturing technology, which will conform toInternational standards.

• We have a state of the Art manufacturing unit ofapprox.6000 Sq.Ft at our Factory. . All theAluminium materials are fabricated in our ownworkshop on Pneumatic cutting machines. Inaddition, we have Hydraulic power presses,Pneumatic Guns for sealant operations and otherspecialized tools. All the fabrication in ourworkshop is carried out under the supervision ofskilled, experienced and technically competentManagers. and manufacturing technology, whichwill conform to International standards.

• We have a team of qualified & experiencedSite Engineers who will be responsible for theproject execution. On approval of our shopdrawings, the materials shall be ordered. Priorto fabrication, a detailed survey of the Buildingstructure shall be carried out.

• On completion of work, each section shall behanded over with joint Inspection andcertification by Clients.
